Over four days in the wide-open Texas Hill Country, you will be guided through practices that help you release what is heavy and reclaim what feels light.

Nature + Nurture: Our 9-bedroom retreat home has room to exhale. Lounge by the pool, laugh around the fire pit, or wander into wide Texas skies where you can finally breathe.
Movement & Stillness: Yoga, meditation, and TRE will help you shake out what is stuck in your body and create space for calm and energy to flow.
Play & Joy: From the pickleball court to shared meals to wine and brewery explorations, you will rediscover the kind of laughter that heals.
Tools for Life: Cooking classes, journaling, and guided block-work sessions will help you leave with practices that keep creating space long after you are home.

A dining table built for gathering, with room for 26 guests to break bread, share stories, and create memories over nourishing meals.
A wide deck and patio where you can sip coffee at sunrise, watch the Texas sky change colors at dusk, or simply stretch out and breathe deeply.
A sparkling pool and a pickleball court for when you are ready to play, move, and let loose.
Evenings by the fire pit, where the glow of the flames and the sound of laughter create the kind of connection we all crave but rarely find.

We will be bringing a yoga and meditation to teach you yoga/meditation several times a day. This is subject to change to a local instructor if travel restriction for Covid are still in place.

You will be responsible for ALL your own food, except what is in the agenda.
Arrive in Austin TX (AUS - Austin-Bergstrom intl.) and transfer to Dripping Springs. We will ask that you keep your arrival times between 1 pm and 4 pm for ease of transportation and to make sure we are ready for your arrival.
Travel from Austin to Dripping Springs via our prearranged transportation services.
